You can make online reservations for up to 6 guests. Your card information will be taken but not charged to secure your booking (except for special events where payment or deposit may be required). Should you need to cancel your reservation you must do this by contacting the restaurant directly with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges being applied to your card.
We have several private dining rooms at Lu Ban Restaurant where we serve a selection of banquet menus. Our Chef’s Table seats 4-6 guests, and our Food Lab, Wine Room and Tianjin Private Dining Rooms seat 6-14 guests. You can view our rooms here. To book a dining room you may use the calendar to make an enquiry for your preferred day and time. One of our reservations team members will be in contact with you within 24 hours. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
If you are booking for a group of 12 or more or for business purposes, please get in touch via our contact form and we will get back to you within 24 hours. We may ask you for a deposit of 50% of the menu cost to secure your reservation. Group cancellations with 14 days notice will receive a full deposit return. If less than 14 days but more than 24 hours’ notice is given, we reserve the right to retain the deposit for a rescheduled visit to Lu Ban or you may request to receive Lu Ban Gift vouchers instead. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to cancel will result in no return of deposit.
The dress code at Lu Ban Bar and Restaurant is smart casual. No sportswear or trainers.
