Received a Lu Ban Gift Voucher or Card?
If you’ve been gifted a Lu Ban Gift Voucher, here is some helpful information on how to use it.
I WANT TO DINE AT LU BAN RESTAURANT
If you want to use your Gift Card/Voucher to dine at Lu Ban Restaurant, all you need to do is make a table reservation by phone on 0151 315 8888, quoting that you are using a Gift Card/Voucher. You will be asked to supply the unique redemption code. Make sure that you take your Gift Card/Voucher with you (you will either have an email or physical version), as sight of the original is required (otherwise you won’t be able to redeem).
I WANT TO BOOK A LU BAN EXPERIENCE
If you have been gifted a specific experience at Lu Ban you can book most experiences online by visiting the page, selecting the specific experience, adding the date you want to your shopping basket, and using your Gift Card/Voucher’s unique redemption code to check out.
If a different experience catches your eye, you can use your Gift Card/Voucher to redeem against any experience. If the cost of the experience you prefer is higher than the value of your gifted experience, you will be able to use the Gift Card/Voucher’s unique redemption code to make part payment towards the cost, and pay the remaining balance yourself upon checkout.
Most of our experiences can be booked online. Some require you to call us to book as we need to check availability and make arrangements so that you have the best possible experience.
BOOKING YOUR EXPERIENCE ONLINE
If the experience you want has published dates online, you can select your chosen date and follow the checkout process. At the point of payment, add your Gift Card/Voucher’s unique redemption code and this will apply the equivalent monetary value to your purchase. Upon completion of this process you will receive an email to confirm your booking order.
You will hear from the Lu Ban team nearer to the time of your booked date.
IF YOUR CHOSEN EXPERIENCE DOES NOT HAVE BOOKABLE DATES
Most of our experiences are available to book dates online. There are exceptions to this. If you want to book an experience that does not have a bookable date, please telephone us on 0151 315 8888 or email us with your contact number and the experience you wish to book.
Some of our experiences have a guest minimum number for us to be able to run the event. In the unfortunate event that the minimum number of guests has not been met, we will reschedule the event. We will always do this with at least two weeks’ notice to you. Please see our terms and conditions for full information.
