The Chef’s Table is a close-up, private dining experience like no other.

You will have a rare insight into the workings of the Lu Ban kitchen. You’ll be introduced to the team and will discover the delights of the day. 

Your senses will be aroused with the smells, noise and views of the kitchen whilst savouring the dishes the chef will prepare and serve to you. 

The Chef’s Table is a truly exclusive experience, where you become part of the inner sanctum of the restaurant. Perfect for up to 6 guests for any occasion. This private dining experience is for four to six people.

Pan roast Loch Duart salmon, stir fried Chinese lettuce, soybean, smoked pork, garlic greens, oyster sauce 

CRISP KAO PORK BELLY 
脆皮烤五花肉 

Slow roast crisp pork belly, spiced pear, sticky sweet soy, Tianjin pickled veg 

SUI MAI 
猪肉馅烧卖 

Sui Mai with crispy pork and lobster foam
